The Rollers are driven by chain & sprockets. All moving parts are carefully covered to avoid any accidents / mishaps.
Stopper is located on both ends of the conveyor to avoid spillage / falling off of product.
Control panel is equipped with ON/OFF & Reverse/Forward push button switches. A remote ON/OFF as well Reverse/Forward switch is also supplied at both ends to enable the loader & un-loader to operate the conveyor as per needs.
A tower lamp indicating power supply is seen on the panel.
A hooter makes a sound whenever the conveyor is started.
Speed changing / fine tuning is achieved by a variable frequency drive located inside the control panel.
