A slat conveyor is a type of industrial conveyor system designed to move heavy or oddly shaped items across a production line using a series of flat slats attached to a chain. It can carry unit loads up to 150 kgs per linear meter or more. Chain design depends on the load to be conveyed. Typical chain pitch varies from 1/2' to 4'.
